摘    要:以n-BuLi/THF为引发体系,以苯乙烯、丁二烯为原料,以中型试验条件为依据,合成了具有嵌段结构的共聚合物即丁苯透明抗冲击树脂,实现了工业化试验研究。采用双螺杆蒸发挤出机组进行脱挥脱溶剂处理,实现了脱挥、输送、塑化、压缩挤出的一机多用功能。试验考察了反应温度、系统微量杂质含量和双螺杆工艺条件对产品质量的影响。

Abstract:According to the pilot mode, the n-Buli /THF was used as initiating system,the styrene and butadiene were used as feed stocks ,the commerial study was finished, and a kind of block structured copolymer was acquired, namely, the styrene butadiene transparent impact resin.The solvent was removed from the copolymer by using a twin-screw evaporation extruder so that the evaporation, transportation, plasticizing, compress and extruding were completed in one extruder.The effects of the reaction temperature, minim impurities and extruding parameters on the reaction and product quality of polymerization were examined.
