摘    要:以美国工业武器系统效能咨询委员会提出的ADC模型为基础,构建了机载箔条弹投放系统作战效能评估的指标体系和评估模型。主要分析其可用度、可信度和能力矩阵的影响因素并建立了计算模型。以某型机载箔条弹投放系统为例,对模型中各有关参数进行了初定,使效能分析的结果更接近实际;并为该机载箔条弹投放系统提供了改进方案,对其作战效能进行了评估,作战效能得到了提升。该模型可为部队训练和作战提供系统的战斗效能数据,找出影响系统作战能力的敏感因素,为装备使用、改进和发展新型装备提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the ADC model that was advanced by the weapon system effectiveness industry advisory committee, the paper builds the index system and evaluation model of the airborne chaff cartridge delivery subsystem effectiveness evaluation. The factors of the availability, reliability, and capability matrix are analyzed and a computational model is established. Combined with an airborne chaff cartridge delivery sub- system, the parameters of the model are determined primarily and the result of effect analysis is obained. The improvement project to the airborne chaff cartridge delivery subsystem is provided. The operational ef- fectiveness is evaluated and the result indicates that the operational effectiveness is improved. The model can provide military training and combat system with operational efficiency data and identify the sensitive ele ments to impact the combat capability.
