K-EGICs合成条件对阶结构的影响

摘    要:用混合法分别对天然鳞片石墨和膨胀石墨(expanded graphite,EG)进行碱金属钾插层生成钾石墨层间化合物(potassium-graphite intercalation compounds,K-GICs)和钾膨胀石墨层间化合物(potassium-expanded graphite intercalation compounds,K-EGICs),通过XRD分析发现K-EGICs在氮气环境中明显比K-GICs稳定.改变温度和反应时间,K-EGICs的阶结构没有很明显的变化,但其颗粒度与反应时搅拌速度有关.这是由EG和K-EGICs本身特殊的阶结构如EG(002)面网间距的增大等诸多因素决定的.

Abstract:K-GICs (potassium-graphite intercalation compounds) and K-EGICs (potassium-expanded graphite intercalation compounds) were synthesized by intercalating alkali metal potassium into the interlayer of natural graphite flakes and EG (expanded graphite) in the nitrogen environment, respectively. The X-ray diffraction analysis found that the K-EGICs are more stable than the K-GICs. No evident transformation was found with the variations in reaction temperature and in reaction time. The size-range, however, seemed to be related to the stirring speed. Those may due to the special stage structures of EG and K-EGICs, such as the widening of the distance between (002) crystal plane and some other factors.
