| 摘 要： | 介绍了X60级海管钢的成分设计思路，提出了管坯和钢管生产过程的主要工艺控制要点，并对钢管的热处理工艺进行了研究。试制结果表明，X60级海底管线管力学性能指标较好，抗腐蚀性能和焊接性能良好，完全符合有关标准的要求。

| Abstract: | Design idea of X60 submarine pipe and main process control points during the billet and pipe production is introduced, and the pipe heat treatment process is studied. The result of trial heat shows that, the mechanical properties of X60 submarine pipe is good, anti corrosion performance and welding performance are good. The requirement of related standard is completely satisfied. |
