气体分布器流场PIV测量

摘    要:建立了气体分布器流场测量研究平台,采用PIV技术对所开发的直径为3.4米的大型吸附器的气体分布器流场进行了试验研究。试验结果显示,该分布器的气流分布效果良好,空速为0.3m/s和0.1m/s时,不均匀度分别为5.4%和4.9%。该研究为试验研究气体分布器流场提供了可以借鉴的方法。

Abstract:A test platform for measuring flow field of gas distributors was established and the flow field of the self-developed gas distributor for the large size adsorption column of 3.4 m diameter was measured by PIV technique.The experimental data showed that the gas distributor could get good gas flow distribution,and the unevennesses were 0.054 and 0.049 when the gas velocities were 0.3m/s and 0.1m/s,respectively.This study provided a valuable reference method for experimental study on flow field of gas distributors.
