基于网络DEA模型的有色金属产业链效率评价研究

摘    要:以有色金属产业面临“新常态”下产业结构调整为背景,结合有色金属产业链特点,将有色金属产业链划分为采选业和冶炼及加工业,建立有色金属产业链的效率评价指标体系,使用2014年数据,应用网络DEA模型对包含有色金属产业链的26省市的有色金属产业链及内部各环节的技术效率和规模效率进行评价,为各省市有色金属产业的整体效率改进提供了基础。结果表明,浙江省是唯一一个在产业链内各环节及整体产业链综合有效的省市,对于其他省市,通过环节内部找寻发展重点,为有色金属产业链的整体效率提升提出相关建议。

Abstract:Non-ferrous metals industry is facing the industrial restructuring under the background of "new normal". According to the characteristics of non-ferrous metal industy chain, the non-ferrous metal industry chain is divided into mining industry and smelting and processing industry, and the efficiency evaluation index system is established. In this paper,the technology efficiency and scale efficiency of the 26 provinces and cities are evaluated through the data of 2014 by network DEA models. The results show that the Zhejiang province is the only one whose overall industry chain of non-ferrous metals industry is effective, andfor other provinces finding the development priorities and proposing suggestions in the industy chain for non-ferrous metals industry chain to improve the overall efficiency.
