摘    要:鄂尔多斯市煤矿众多,且受多种类型和因素的水害威胁,给煤矿防治水工作带来困难。针对煤矿水害威胁因素进行分类管理,评估其危害程度并进行分等定级,有利于煤矿防治水的针对性管理。本文在分析鄂尔多斯市各类水害威胁因素基础上,设计开发了一套煤矿防治水评价管理系统。系统基于J2EE架构,采用B/S网络结构,模型—视图—控制设计模式,通过spring + struts结构控制业务传递。以JSP为前端页面展示。并采用综合指数法对煤矿水害进行评估分级,实现了对大量煤矿的水害威胁因素的信息化管理,有效的提高了煤矿管理效率,是一次成功的应用。

Abstract:Ordos, many of the coal mine and a variety of types and factors of flood threat, inconvenience to mine water prevention and control. The coal mine water disaster situation of classification management, grading and evaluating the degree of damage, in favor of mine water prevention and control in management. Based on the analysis of factors of all kinds of flood threats in Ordos on the basis, design and development of a mine water prevention and control management and evaluation system. System based on J2EE architecture, using B/S network structure, model - view - control design model, through the Spring struts structure control business transfer. JSP as the front page display. And the comprehensive index method classification of coal mine water disaster, realize the information management of a large number of coal mine water hazard factors, effectively improve the efficiency of management in coal mine, is a successful application.
