中低压配电静止无功发生器及其驱动技术研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于电压型逆变器的中低压配电静止无功发生器(DSTATCOM)的系统构成和研制过程.DSTATCOM的主电路功率开关器件采用IGBT功率管,驱动电路采用了智能集成驱动模块2SD315A,给出了详细的驱动电路及其上电复位电路原理图.DSTATCOM的控制系统采用基于旋转坐标系的直接电流控制方法.为了改善DSTATCOM的无功补偿性能,在控制系统中引入了直流侧电容电压的闭环控制.给出了控制系统的DSP实现,并完成了DSTATCOM用于改善电压质量的实验.

Abstract:The system configuration and design process of low-medium voltage DSTATCOM based on voltage source inverter is introduced.The main circuit of DSTATCOM consists of IGBT and the intelligent integrated driving module is used for driving circuit of DSTATCOM.The direct current control based on synchronous reference frame coordinates is employed in DSTATCOM control system.The schematics of driving circuit and reset circuit are presented in detail.In order to improve the reactive power compensation performance of DSTATCOM,the DC voltage closed loop control is adopted.The realization of the control system based on DSP is presented in this paper and the experimental results of DSTATCOM used for improving the voltage quality are given too.
