| 摘 要： | 为克服武钢硅钢片厂ＣＴ－２线开卷机上钢卷产生塔卷问题而增设的面板在运行过程中坠落和面板的主要零件寿命极短等问题，实施了改进，本文就面板在运行中坠落的原因进行了分析，对改进型面板的构思与设计进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | To solve the uncoiling difficulties which occur in the running of uncoiler at CT-2 line of the Silicon Steel Sheet Mill of WISCO a face plate has been invented and installed in the machine. However, a few problems closely follow up the installation of the plate involving fallout of the plate in the running period and extremely short life of the main components of the plate. The present paper analyzed causes to the fallout and described the improvement in the design of the face plate. |
