| 摘 要： | 采用注凝成型技术、X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱等手段,对ZrB2-Al2O3复合材料制备、烧结体的显微结构进行了分析研究.结果表明,在ZrB2和Al2O3含量比为1∶3,pH为8,分散剂质量含量为10%的条件下,ZrB2-Al2O3复合粉体浆料的固体体积含量为47%,粘度为650mPa·s;在烧结体中ZrB2和Al2O3以主晶相的形式存在于复合材料中,二者存在良好的界面结合,显微结构致密.

| Abstract: | In this article,the process of the slurry of ZrB2-Al2O3 powder and the microstructure of the sintered ZrB2-Al2O3 composites were studied by gel-casting,X-ray,SEM,INCA.The results show that the solid content of the slurry is(the ratio of ZrB2:Al2O3 is 1:3)47% and the viscosity is 650mPa.s when pH is 8 and the content of dispersant is 10%.ZrB2 and Al2O3 exist in the form of primary crystalline phase in composite and there is a good interfacial bonding between ZrB2 and Al2O3. |
