湛钢煤气系统工艺特点及技术分析

摘    要: 副产煤气是钢铁企业宝贵的二次能源。湛江钢铁基地煤气系统的规划建设,吸收了宝钢燃气专业技术经验和管理理念并加以优化,如配套成熟的煤气回收净化工艺以确保煤气质量、设置大规模的煤气混合加压站实施集中管理、借助先进的能源中心平台进行可靠的过程控制、采用多项节能技术提高煤气利用水平等,为管好用好煤气资源和促进企业节能降本打下了良好基础。

Abstract:By-product gases are valuable secondary energy in the iron and steel enterprises. The planning and construction of gas system in Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Company absorbed and optimized the technical experience and management philosophy of Baosteel,such as the mature gas recovery purification process to ensure gas quality,the large-scale gas mixing and booting station for centralized management,the advanced Energy Center platform for reliable process control and the adoption of a number of energy-saving technology for gas utilization. It has laid a good foundation for the management of gas resources, the energy-saving and emission reduction in the company.
