This article briefly describes the working mode of the front pinch roll for the loop layer of high speed wire pro-duction line.The pinch roll control mode was described in detail, and feasible solutions to the pinch roller speed control and torque control for pinch roll were given, the experimental parameters in the actual production process has been preliminarily discussed to meet the production process requirements for the pinch roller.
