碳化钨堆焊板在西藏某选矿厂的应用实践

摘    要:针对西藏某选矿厂破碎系统原采用普通耐磨钢板存在使用周期短、生产成本高等实际问题,应用新型复合耐磨材料—碳化钨堆焊板替代普通耐磨钢板,使用寿命从原来的1个月提升到目前的12个月,有效的降低了检修频率、节约了吨矿成本。碳化钨堆焊板在该选矿厂的棒条给料机、圆锥破碎机、输送皮带下料溜槽的成功应用,年可节约成本12.355万元。

Application of Tungsten Carbide Surfacing Plate in A Mineral Processing Plant in Tibet
Abstract:In view of the fact that the normal common wear?resistant steel plate for the crushing system used in Tibet ore dressing plant has a short service life and high production cost, the common wear?resistant steel plate was replaced by a new type of composite wear?resistant material, the tungsten carbide surfacing plate. The service life of wear resistant material has ascended from 1 months to 12 months, while the maintainence rate has been effectively reduced, and the cost of ore process?ing per ton has declined. The successful application of the tungsten carbide surfacing plates to the bar feeder, cone crusher, under chute of feed belt conveyor in the ore dressing plant can save 12.355 million yuan of processing cost annually.
