摘    要:某铅锌矿石铅锌矿物与脉石矿物共生关系复杂、嵌布粒度较细,矿石比较难磨,锌矿物及脉石矿物比较易浮,采用常规的浮选药剂,铅、锌精矿互含高,精矿品质低。原矿中主要金属矿物Pb品位为0.78%、Zn品位为5.55%;试验研究所确定采用原矿添加石灰磨至-0.074 mm占85%后,铅经一次粗选、一次扫选、四次精选产出铅精矿(铅粗精矿再磨至0.045 mm占95%),选铅尾矿锌浮选,经一次粗选、一次扫选、三次精选产出锌精矿和尾矿的工艺流程。添加新药剂T8、D88、酯-18;最终获得了铅精矿铅品位60.50%、回收率76.26%,锌精矿锌品位50.77%、回收率为87.40%的较好指标。

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Refractory Lead-zinc Ore
Abstract:The lead and zinc minerals in a lead-zinc ore associate with gangue minerals complexly. The particle size of the minerals is quite fine and the ore is difficult to be ground.Zinc and gangue minerals in the ore are easy to float. Flotation experiment with conventional flotation reagents showed that quality of lead and zinc concentrates is low, as the concentrates contained too much mutual elements. The ore con-tained 0.78%Pb, 5.55%Zn. Experimental study was carried out. Initially the ore with addition of lime was ground to-0.074mm 85%, followed by one roughing, one scavenging and four concentrating to obtain a lead concentrate. In the process, lead rough concentrate was reground to-0.045 mm 95%. The tailings after lead flotation was processed with one roughing, one scavenging and three concentrating to obtain a zinc concentrate and final tailings. New flotaion agents T8, D88 and ester-18 were used. Finally grade of the lead concentrate was 60.50%, with a recovery rate of 76.26%. Grade of the zinc concentrate was 50. 77%, with a recovery rate of 87.40%. The results were quite good.
