晶粒取向纯铁研究现状及技术分析

摘    要: 晶粒取向纯铁是一种具有(110)001]织构的电磁纯铁,因具有高饱和磁感应强度、低矫顽力的直流磁性,常被用于制作磁屏蔽、电磁铁,特别是高磁场下工作的变压器和电机。总结了国内外研究及生产晶粒取向纯铁的技术情况,分析了不同研究者及生产厂家的生产技术特点。综合目前关于晶粒取向纯铁的报道,其磁感应强度B800=]1.80~1.91 T,仅新日铁的几篇专利B800]达到1.92~2.03 T,相比纯铁的饱和磁感应强度2.16 T(纯铁理论饱和磁感应强度值)仍有较大的提升空间。同时,缺乏关于晶粒取向纯铁二次再结晶行为和抑制剂控制的系统研究。

Abstract:The grain-oriented pure iron is a kind of magnetic iron with (110) 001] texture. For higher magnetic induc-tion,lower coercive force and higher DC magnetic,it is widely used to manufacture magnetic shield,electromagnets, especially for the transformers and motors working under high magnetic field. In this paper,the production and the tech-nology of grain-oriented pure iron all over the world were summarized,and the production technical characteristics of different manufacturers were also analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of current data about grain-oriented puree iron, its magnetic induction is B800=1.80~1.91 T,only several patent by Nippon Steel reported B800=1.92~2.03 T. Thus, there is still much room for improvement comparing with pure iron which saturation magnetic flux density is 2.16 T (the-oretical saturation magnetic induction of pure iron). Simultaneously,there are no systematic research on secondary re-crystallization behavior and inhibitors control of grain-oriented pure iron.
