浅谈ABB恒减速液压制动系统在小铁山矿的应用

摘    要:液压站是提升机制动系统的关键设备,是机、电、液一体的制动系统。为了简化调试程序、缩短调试时间、提高设备的有效利用率。通过在原ABB(3AST003986—CEK)恒减速液压制动系统中的安全保护区与工况控制区(比例控制)之间加装调试隔离截止阀23,关闭此阀能够实现对比例控制阀16、直动式溢流阀17与比例控制阀10、11的有效隔离,从而达到简化调试程序、缩短调试时间、提高设备的有效利用率。

On the Applications of ABB Constant Decelerating Hydraulic Braking System in Xiaotieshan Mine
Abstract:Hydraulic station is the key equipment of hoister braking system, the braking system of mechanical, electric and hydraulic integration. To simplify the debugging process, shorten the debugging time and improve equipment utilization, by inserting isolation stop valve between the safety protection area and operation control area in the original ABB ( 3AST003986??CEK) constant deceleration hydraulic braking system to realize effective isolation of, which is debugging the system should be retrofitted between the constant decelerating hydraulic braking system of protective zone and working condition of control ( proportional control) . Closing the stop valve 23 can implement the effective isolation of valves, which can simplify the of debuggingprocess, shorten the debugging time and improve equipment utilization.
