空调冷却水系统停泵水锤暂态分析

摘    要:本文根据弹性水锤理论,对水锤计算的基本原理进行了阐述。并利用该原理对空调冷却水系统事故停泵的暂态过程建立数学模型,针对该系统的特点如冷却塔喷嘴、制冷机组的冷凝器以及较长的吸水管路给出相应的边界条件,并根据停泵时可能出现的止回阀关闭的不同情况进行编程计算,根据实际情况在电算程序中考虑了止回阀在关闭后可能被水锤波重新顶开的情况。根据电算成果对实际工程中空调冷却水系统停泵时冷却塔的溢水现象以及压力的波动作出了分析,提出了“有效容积”的概念,同时分析了暂态过程中可能出现的“水柱分离”现象,并为工程设计提供了一些建议。

Abstract:Based on the theory of elastic water hammer, the basic principle of the water hammer is introduced. According to this principle, the transient mathematic model is set up when cooling water pump is paused, and the boundary conditions are given to according to the characteristics of this system which are the nozzle of cooling-power, condenser of chiller and the longer sucking tube. After check-valve is closed, different conditions is programmed and calculated. Overflowing phenomenon and fluctuating pressure in cooling tower are analyzed according to the result of zooming, and a concept about effective volume is put forward. At the same time, the phenomenon of water column separation is discussed. It can supply some suggestions for engineering design.
