国内汽车涂装废水处理技术

摘    要:汽车涂装过程中产生的废水主要分前处理废水、电泳废水和喷漆废水,其污染物为树脂、表面活性剂、磷酸盐等。废水的成分复杂,排放无规律,所以水质变化大。经实验证明:国内汽车涂装废水经过中和反应,气浮处理后,再采用水解酸化———生物接触氧化处理工艺进行处理后出水,经监测其各项指标可以达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996的一级排放标准。

Abstract:Deal with wastewater, electrophoresis wastewater and spray paint the watewater are mainly produced in the coating process of automobile. The main pollutants are resin surface-activeagent phosphate, etc. Serious pollution can be caused by these pollutants. The compositions of coating wastewater are complicated and discharging has no orderliness, so water quality has great changes. Proved by experiment after disposed by neutralization reactor and flotation treatment, the coating wastewater goes into hydrolysis-acidolysised andmicrobe-containing treatment. Its every index canreach the first class discharge standard of GB8978-1996 of "comprehensive discharge standard ofsewage" through monitoring.
