| Abstract: | The theory of town center management is a result of the cross-link and combination of multisubject of Management Science, Marketing and Urban Planning,etc..It has provided a scientific basis and method for the implementation of functional planning for town center districts in the background of regional competition.The town center district planning in China should be guided by the demand end establish a highly effective town center management organization with dynamic planning method as well as strengthen the communication between the local government and key enterprises in the central district. |
