| 摘 要： | 多年来电气误操作事故是困扰发电厂及电网安全运行非常严重的一个“顽症”。文章结合盐锅峡水电站1982年以来发生的此类事故进行共性分析,并提出防范措施。通过对事故的综合分析指出防止电气误操作事故是一项长期而艰巨的任务,只要持之以恒地抓好运行管理、落实技术措施、建立“以人为本”的安全氛围,误操作事故是可以杜绝的。

| Abstract: | For several years,electric malfunction accident is an stubborn problem which puzzled power plant and power grid safe operation.The paper makes analysis and consideration,concludes accident reason and proposes protective measures combining with the accident which occurred in Yanguoxia hydropower plant since 1982.It's a arduous task of preventing electric installation from malfunction accident,Through analysis the accident reason,the paper indicates that as long as prosecuting operating management,and carrying out technical measures,malfunction accident can be stopped. |
