摘    要:研究了钢铁材料表面常温复合发蓝膜的结构及膜层成膜原理;分析了常温复合发蓝提高耐磨性的原因;论述了常温复合发蓝工艺。试验表明常温复合发蓝具有处理时间短、工作效率高、成本低,膜层附着力、耐磨性好的特点,为零件发蓝处理提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Structure and filmi formation fundamental of composite blued film on steel surface at normal temperature are studied.The reason of improving wear resistance by composite bluing process at normal temperature is analysized.Bluing process is discussed.The result shows that composite bluing process at normal temperature has many performances such as short treatment time,high operating efficiency,low cost,good adhesion and wear resistance.These performances provide new method for bluing treatment of parts.
