螺旋压力机整体机身的设计及优化

摘    要:阐述了材料力学方法在整体式压力机机身设计中的应用,分析了它存在的局限性。应用有限元方法对整体式机身进行强度计算并与材料力学计算结果进行比较,找到了按材料力学方法进行设计时机身存在的薄弱环节。通过分析这些薄弱环节产生的原因提出了结构改进的方案,为工程设计提供参考。文中研究了模具对下横梁应力的影响,指出在下横梁设计时要充分考虑模具对它的影响。

Abstract:The application of the method of mechanics of materials in design of screw presse frame is elaborated and the limit of it is analyzed too By using the method of finite element the calculation results of strength and mechanics of materials of the frame is compared and weakness parts of the frame designed based on the method of mechanics of materials is found The improved method for the weakness parts is advanced by analyzing these weaknesses and it can provide reference for project design The influence of die on bed is researched It is emphasized that the influence of die on bed must be taken into account in design
