大型生化发酵设备的新型蜂窝夹套结构及其强度计算

摘    要:介绍了把大型生化发酵设备的夹套当作蒸发器,采用液氨直接在夹套内蒸发吸热的冷却新工艺,相应地研制了新型的蜂窝夹套。经实验研究和有限元分析,得到了该蜂窝夹套的强度校核公式,可用于该类大型发酵设备的系列设计中。

Abstract:A cooling technology was presented of using liquid ammonia in a honeycomb jacket to evaporize and absorb heat directly, taking a honeycomb jacket in the biochemical ferment equipment as an evaporator.The new corresponding honeycomb jackets were developed.The check formula of the strength of the new honeycomb jackets were derived through experiments and finite element analysis,the check formula were available in the series design of the biochemical ferment equipment.
