摘 要: | 本文依托雅安-武汉1000kV特高压交流线路投标工程,对两条并行单回路与一条同塔双回路两种方案的技术及造价指标进行了比较:两条单回路的综合本体投资比一条双回路更节省,但静态投资同塔双回路更经济。经分析,建场费成为采用单回路或双回路建设的制约因素。本文通过论述得出结论:在经济不发达、建场费水平低的西北、西南等地区采用并行单回路设计更具有经济优势,在华中、华东等经济发达、建场费水平高的地区采用同塔双回路设计投资更节省。

Abstract: | Based on the tender for Ya’an-Wuhan 1000kV UHV AC transmission line,this article contrasts a proposal which contains two parallel single-circuit transmission line with a two-circuit one to analyze their technical and economic data:the main work investment of the first proposal is higher;whereas,the static investment of the other proposal is higher,and the cost of requisition and liquidation of site for construction(field construction cost)should be the constraint.In conclusion,the parallel single-circuit proposal is economic choice in undeveloped areas where the level of field construction cost is lower,such as Northwest,Southwest and other regions;whereas,in central and eastern area of China,the two-circuit transmission line proposal would be a better choice to reduce the investment. |
