| 摘 要： | 全集成自动化是自动化任务的一种创新的解决方案，该方案可在一个平台下解决全部自动化任务，因此，将全集成自动化系统应用于武钢二炼钢厂转炉控制。该系统的突出特点是，仅在一个平台下就可提供全部功能，采用全网络控制，具有独具特色的管控一体化功能。自该系统成功投运以来，控制效果良好，投运当天就达产，钢水合格率达到99．99％。实践表明，该系统配置合理、可靠性高、技术先进。

| Abstract: | Totally integrated automation system is innovative solvent.Totally integrated automation means solving all automatic tasks under a common base.It stands for new direction for automatic technology.Totally integrated automation system in No.2 making-steel mill of WISCO is an example in such an application.The system has its original prominent characteristic: offering all functions under a common base,adopting all network control,unique function of combining management with control.Since the system has been successfully put into use,it has obtained the good control effect.Its configuration is in reason,high reliability,advance technology,and comes to scheduled output as it is put into use.The ratio of molten steel eligibility is 99.99 %. |
