高压直流无接地极运行实现方法

摘    要:接地极为直流输电系统大地回线运行方式提供电流回路,随着直流输电通道的密集增加,由接地极入地电流引起的油气管网腐蚀、变压器偏磁等问题逐渐增多,严重时将影响电网正常运行方式。文中提出了使用站内接地网代替接地极,直流系统以无接地极方式运行的方案,主要通过直流的控制和保护逻辑来实现。以南方电网±800kV普侨特高压直流工程的实际应用为例,分析了高压直流无接地极运行方案的关键技术难点,设计了通过控制保护核心逻辑修改来实现无接地极运行的方法,并利用实时数字仿真(RTDS)系统对方案进行了仿真验证。改进后的控制保护逻辑已在实际工程实施,效果良好。

Abstract:The grounding electrode provides a loop for DC current in ground return operation. With the intensive increase of high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission lines, the erosion of oil-gas pipelines, DC bias of power transformers and other problems caused by the ground return current increase gradually. In severe cases it will even affect the arrangement of power grid operation mode. In the circumstances, a scheme of HVDC operating with station ground grid instead of grounding electrode is put forward, which should be realized by HVDC control and protection system. Taking the ±800 kV Puer-Qiaoxiang ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC)project in China Southern Power Grid as an example, this article analyzes the key technical difficulties of HVDC operating without the grounding electrode, designs the realization method by modifying the control and protection logics and then tests the scheme with the real-time digital simulator(RTDS)system. The improved control and protection logics have been implemented in engineering practice.
