摘    要:以PSR(压力- 状态- 响应)模型为基础,分析近十年福建省的数据,评定十年来福建省土地生态安全等级,并提出应对策 略。使用层次分析法和熵值法,结合数据分析和专家意见,并以时间为纵轴,反应福建省土地生态安全的变化趋势。结果表明,近十 年福建省内呈现压力指数逐年下降,状态指数震荡上升而相应指数稳定上升的趋势。生态安全情况虽然处于不安全级别,但是在 不断改善之中。第一产业GDP 比值、人均GDP、绿化覆盖率、公园面积、建筑面积、垃圾无害化处理率以及污水处理率对于土地生 态安全有着至关重要的影响。

Abstract:Based on the Pressure-State-Response model (PSR), this paper analyzes and evaluates the data of land eco-security of Fujian Province in the past ten years, and puts forward countermeasures. The AHP and entropy weight method, data analysis and experts'' opinions were all used to show the change trend of the land eco-security of Fujian Province with time regarded as a longitudinal axis. Results show that the pressure index has decreased year by year in the last decade, the state index has increased in a wave-like way and the corresponding index has risen steadily. Although the ecological security situation is not good, it is still getting better. The ratio of the GDP and the GDP per capita of the first industry, green coverage rate, park area, the construction area, garbage harmless treatment rate and the sewage treatment rate are of a significant effect on the urban eco-security of land use.
