| 摘 要： | 科学合理的教学质量监控系统是高等院校实现可持续发展的必要保障。高等农林院校本科生教学质量监控系统作为高等教育教学质量监控系统的子系统，其反馈信息的时效性、反应问题的真实性以及监控过程的严密性，为繁杂、庞大和艰巨的教学质量监控工程提供了极具参考价值的决策依据。以沈阳农业大学为例，从构建层次化、运作制度化、管理人性化、培养精英化、推进程序化五个方面，推出了高等农林院校本科生教学质量监控系统管理与实践。

| Abstract: | A scientific and reasonable teaching quality monitoring system is the necessary security for thesustainable development of colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry. As a subsystem of the teachingquality monitoring system in colleges and universities, the undergraduate teaching quality monitoring system,which is characterized as feeding the information back swiftly, reflecting the issues authentically and monitoringthe teaching process closely,provides important policy-making bases for the teaching quality monitoring workwhich is considered as complicated, huge and very hard to do. Shenyang Agricultural University taken forexample the management practice of the undergraduate teaching quality monitoring system of colleges anduniversities of agriculture and forestry is introduced in the respects of constructional hierachicalization,operational systematization, managemental humanization and developmental excellentization. |
