某超高层建筑群的火灾自动报警及联动系统设计

本文以一个集住宅、办公、大型商业、餐饮娱乐于一体的超高层建筑群的火灾自动报警系统的设计为例，结合该超高层建筑群的特点，详细地说明了其火灾自动报警系统的构成、机房设置思路和报警触发装置的选择，并通过简图来分析公共广播系统兼顾消防紧急广播的具体做法；并针对项目特点，说明火灾自动报警系统对消防水系统，气体灭火系统，安全防范系统等其他系统的联动控制方式和具体要求。

Design of Fire Auto-alarm and Integrated Control Systems in a Super High-rise Building

In this paper, the author discusses design of fire auto-alarm and integrated control systems in a super high-rise building which is the integration of residential, office, large commercial, restaurant and entertainment. The author expounds the combination of fire-alarm and ganged systems, the design ideas of device control house, the selection of fire-alarm triggering device, and analyses the specifically of using public address broadcast system as emergent broadcasting for fire fighting. At last, the author explains the way of ganged control and specific requirements of the water fire fighting system, air fire fighting system and security system.
