加强校园文化建设 促进高职院校可持续发展

校园文化是对社会文化的提炼、吸收、整合，是学校价值取向、行为模范、精神追求的综合反映，是高职院校得以生存和发展必不可少的要素。本文从高职院校可持续发展的角度出发，总结了校园文化建设对可持续发展的作用，提出了加强高职校园文化建设的具体措施。

Strengthen the Construction of Campus Culture to Promote the Sustainable Development of Higher Vocational Colleges

The exploration by ease study is based on in-depth investigation. From the view of solving a practical team management problem in power companies and meeting staff demand ,the application on specific issues- oriented method will make full use of enterprise resource,collect and arrange documents, and organize actual eases writing. In the process of professional training,ease study will solve the main problem of team management in power companies. The methods will achieve the training goal,innovate training courses,and enhance training effectiveness.
