基于标度拓展的AHP模型下电力企业应急配送选址研究

电力企业的应急物资管理是电力行业中应急体系的重要组成部分,极大的影响着社会生产和人们的生活,而应急物资管理首先要解决的就是选择合适的物资配送中心,最大限度的保障受灾地点的物资供应.本文以标度扩展的层次分析法为基础,不仅可以提高判断矩阵的可靠性,而且还可以应用到电力企业应急物资配送中心选址问题中,选择出经济成本最低,物资短缺最小化的配送中心.

Study on the Scale Expansion of the AHP Model of Electric Power Enterprise Emergency Distribution Selection

The emergency supplies is an ＇important part of the emergency response system in the power industry, it has a great effect on the social production and people＇s lives. How to choose a right material distribution center is a principal problem, intending to provide maximize materials to the disaster area. In this paper, based on the scale expansion of the analytic hierarchy process, not only improve the reliability of the judgment matrix, but also can provide a method which is an lowest economic cost, minimize material shortage for decision makers when it applied to the power enterprises.
