基于VE的火电厂选址模糊综合评价的研究

摘    要:影响火电厂选址的因素较多,其中既有定性因素,也有定量因素,结合火电厂选址的实际情况,考虑功能性指标和经济性指标两类指标建立火电厂选址综合评价指标体系.运用熵权法确定功能性指标权重,充分利用客观数据所体现的信息,使指标权重的确定更加客观.利用价值工程理论对得到的功能性指标与经济性指标作均衡处理,根据价值系数这一指标对火电厂选址方案进行评判,最终确定最优方案.实例计算验证该评价方法具有科学性和可行性.

Abstract:The factors affecting thermal power plant site include both qualitative factors, but also quantitative factors. Combined with the actual situation of thermal power plant site, considering the functional indicators and economic indicators,comprehensive evaluation index system was established. Apply entropy method to determine the functional index weight,and make full use of the information embodied in the objective data to determine the index weight more objective. Functional indicators and economic indicators are for the equalization process by the use of value engineering theory, according to the value coefficient, the programs of thermal power plant site can be judged ,and the optimal solution can be determine ultimately. This evaluation method can be verified whether is scientific and feasible by example calculations.
