摘    要:顾客基本需求的确定是产品设计者和决策者关注的重要问题之一。鉴于顾客评价中存在大量的不确定、不一致和偏好关系等信息特征,提出了一种基于优势粗糙集的产品规划质量屋顾客基本需求选项提取的方法。利用对经典粗糙集理论的扩展,以优势关系代替不可分辨关系,通过构造辨识阵进行信息约简消除冗余,借助于概率规则的集成,可以较准确地挖掘和辨析信息系统中属性与顾客基本需求选项之间的内在关系。最后运用实例表明该方法的可行性,获取的基本需求选项更符合实际。
