| 摘 要： | 目的观察纳洛酮治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将48例急性脑出血患者随机分为纳洛酮组和对照组,对照组给予脱水、降颅压等常规治疗,纳洛酮组在常规治疗基础上加用纳洛酮治疗,观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果纳洛酮组总有效率为91.7%,明显高于对照组的75%。组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);纳洛酮组意识障碍起效时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05),组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮治疗急性脑出血疗效好,起效快,是目前治疗急性脑出血的一种较佳药物。
