硬脂酸铁/聚丙烯共混纤维可控光降解性能的研究

摘    要:以硬脂酸铁(FeSt3)为光敏剂,将其加入聚丙烯(PP)切片中,经熔融共混纺丝制得PP/FeSt3共混纤维。通过人工加速紫外光降解试验,分析了含光敏剂的PP共混纤维力学性能以及光老化失重的变化情况,并与纯聚丙烯纤维进行对比。结果表明:FeSt3对PP共混纤维的光降解具有明显的催化作用。试验条件下,当共混纤维中添加0.2%~0.6%(质量)FeSt3时,其力学性能明显下降,老化诱导期显著提前,并且FeSt3含量越高,其催化作用就越强。通过控制FeSt3的添加量,可在一定程度上控制PP纤维的光降解行为。

Abstract:Different contents of Ferric Stearate(FeSt_3) were added into polypropylene(PP) to prepare PP/FeSt_3 composite,which was spun into fibers.The effect of FeSt_3 on mechanical properties and loss of mass of iPP containing FeSt_3 during artificial accelerated UV light weathering were studied.The results showed that FeSt_3 exhibits a notable photocatalytic effect and can be a highly effective photodegradation for PP.Thereout,the photodegradation of PP can be controlled a certain extent by means of different contents of FeSt_3.
