| Abstract: | EBZ260 H comprehensive excavation machine is used to drive along the floor of no.5 coal seam in the 51505 running face of Hulonggou Coal Mine. Due to the influence of factors such as low original water content of coal seam, soft coal seam and fast tunneling speed, the dust concentration of heading face is high, which restricts the health of field workers and efficient tunneling. For this reason, the mine adopts high pressure spray, sealing scraper and transfer machine, and full section spray to remove dust. The dust control measures adopted have the advantages of convenient equipment installation and easy maintenance.After field application, the maximum values of total dust and respirable dust in heading face are 59.4 mg/m3 and 29.4 mg/m3 respectively, achieving good dust control effect. |
