| Abstract: | The measurement audit method of the three organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice flour was studied,which measurement audited malathion,chlorpyrifos and parathion in rice flour by triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS),then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry,and evaluated by quality control measures.The results showed that the determination results of malathion,chlorpyrifos and parathion in rice flour were 0.652 mg/kg,0.673 mg/kg and 0.282 mg/kg,respectively.Z values were-0.80,-0.16,-0.51,respectively.The evaluation of experimental detection ability was satisfactory,indicating that our laboratory had good quantitative and qualitative determination ability of malathion,chlorpyrifos and parathion in rice flour. |
