Abstract:Gasification dephosphorization can effectively remove part of the P2O5 in the slag and expand its phosphorus capacity.The thermal state test of coke reduction converter slag gasification and dephosphorization was carried out in the laboratory.The thermodynamic calculation results showed that coke would preferentially reduce P2O5 at 1540℃,the reduction product was possible P2,and the actual reduction rate of P2O5 was basically the same as the theoretical calculation value.The morphology of the slag before and after reduction was analyzed by SEM-EDS.The final converter slag was mainly composed of C2S phase,RO phase,Olivine phase,and P existed in the silicate phase micro-regions with high Ca and high Si content,it could be inferred that the C2S phase was the enriched phase of P.After gasification dephosphorization,the FeO in the converter slag was reduced by coke to a bright white large-diameter granular elemental Fe phase,where the released P2 would be adsorbed.With the increase of Fe content,the occurrence of P elements would also increase.Therefore,it could be inferred that during gasification dephosphorization,apart of P was discharged out of the furnace in the form of P2 as furnace gas,and another part of P2would be adsorbed by the Fe phase and deposited in the elemental Fe phase to form iron phosphide compounds.
