孤岛工作面窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩控制技术探讨

摘    要:以正利煤业14-1105孤岛工作面为工程实例;针对沿空巷道变形严重等问题,采用理论分析及工程经验等研究手段,探讨分析了沿空掘巷支护与窄煤柱的稳定性,选定最佳煤柱宽度宜为5~6 m;对顶板实施纵向预裂卸压,拟定了预裂卸压具体技术参数;通过井下工作面应用实践,该技术方案能够有效保障巷道的安全稳定.

Abstract:Taking 14-1105 Gudao working face of Zhengli Coal Industry as an example;In view of the serious deformation of gobside roadway, the stability of gob-side roadway support and narrow coal pillar is discussed by means of theoretical analysis and engineering experience, and the optimal width of coal pillar is 5 ~ 6 m. The longitudinal pre-split pressure relief of the roof is carried out, and the specific technical parameters of pre-split pressure relief are drawn up. Through the application practice of underground working face, the technical scheme can effectively guarantee the safety and stability of roadway.
