摘    要:为了提高汽车安全性能,强化安全气囊对乘员保护作用,提出一种基于偏差校正的汽车安全气囊系统自动校准方法。以安全警示灯出现闪烁次数为依据,读取故障代码,诊断汽车安全气囊系统状态,根据诊断结果进行外部故障校准,调整前束尺寸,获取线路校准有效距离;在此基础上,将汽车碰撞安全性作为头部损伤评价指标,衡量出不同时间段内,汽车加速度与乘员头部位移距离,确定汽车安全气囊系统的具体点火时刻,设定移动窗式积分法与 ARMA 模型预报法校准不同环境下安全气囊系统的点火时刻,完成内部校准,通过系统外部和内部校准实现汽车安全气囊系统自动校准。实验证明,该自动校准方法能够精确得出汽车的加速度与乘员头部位移,校准结果有效。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety performance of automobiles and strengthen the protective effect of airbags on users,an automatic calibration method for automobile airbag systems based on deviation correction is proposed.Based on the number of flashes of the safety warning light,the fault code is read,the state of the cars airbag system is diagnosed,the external faults are calibrated according to the diagnosis result,the toe size is adjusted so as to obtain the effective distance of the line calibration.On this basis,the vehicle collision safety is taken as the evaluation index of head injury,and the vehicle acceleration and occupant head displacement distance in different time periods are measured to determine the specific ignition time of automobile airbag system.The moving window integral method and the ARMA model prediction method were set to calibrate under different environments.The internal calibration is completed at the ignition moment of the airbag system,and the auto airbag system is automatically calibrated through the external and internal calibration of the system.Experiments have proved that the proposed method can accurately obtain the acceleration of the car and the displacement of the occupant’s head,and the calibration result is valid.
