摘    要:通过对王庄煤矿井下中央水泵房采用人工值守的弊端问题进行剖析,认为人为因素容易造成隐患排查不到位、设备故障处理不及时,以及设备容易损坏等现实问题,进而提出利用PLC智能化集控系统对矿井中央水泵房排水设备进行改造,不仅优化人工结构,降低人工生产成本的投入,还利用排水系统改造后的优势,提高设备稳定运行效率,减少设备故障的发生...

Abstract:In wangzhuang coal mine central water pump room, discussing the disadvantages of using artificial unattended problem that human factors cause hidden not in place, equipment failure treatment in a timely manner, and the equipment is easy to damage the realistic problems, such as put forward by using PLC intelligent control system of mine central pump house water and drainage equipment, not only optimize the structure of artificial, Reduce the input of labor production cost, but also use the advantages of drainage system reform, improve the stable operation efficiency of equipment, reduce the occurrence of equipment failure, to avoid mine water accident to provide a reliable guarantee.
