摘    要:新村煤矿在特厚煤层工作面巷道托顶煤掘进期间,针对顶煤支护困难,支护效果差这一问题,结合现场工程地质条件,通过数值模拟及实验测试等方式对顶煤支护困难的原因进行分析,发现支护效果受顶煤强度、裂隙发育情况、顶板的稳定性以及支护面积影响.经研究,采用加强锚杆和锚索的预紧力,增加顶板支护面积的方式提高预应力的扩散效果,使顶煤更具...

Abstract:To solve the problems the roof coal support difficulty and poor support effects in the process of excavating roadway resting roof coal at the working face with extra-thick coal seam in Xincun Colliery, it is found that the supporting effect is affected by the strength of roof coal, the development of crack, the stability of roof and the supporting area through numerical simulation and experimental test. The author proposes the application of strengthening the preload of anchor bolt and anchor cable and increasing the roof support area to improve the diffusion effect of prestress, which can effectively control the stability and integrity of roof coal seam with the roof subsidence of 70 mm and good support effect.
