晋华宫矿巨厚坚硬顶板下巷道主动支护技术应用

摘    要:晋华宫矿12-2#层307盘区2712巷基本顶赋存11.34 m厚的灰白色粗砂岩,其岩层赋存稳定,承载能力较好。基于此,提出了巨厚坚硬顶板下巷道主动支护思路,包括:(1)充分发挥巨厚坚硬顶板岩层的承载性能;(2)高强度、高刚度、高预紧力以及高锚固性能的主动支护原则;(3)在构造区域支护参数及时优化调整。在巨厚坚硬顶板下巷道主动支护技术应用后,实现了2712巷的稳定控制。

Abstract:On the basis of 11.34 m-thick gray grit rock with good occurrence stability and bearing capacity in No. 12-2 layer of Panel 307 of Lane 2712 in Jinhuagong Colliery, the author presents the active support for roadway under super-thick hard roof,including giving full play to the bearing capacity of the thick hard roof strata, following the principles of active support with high strength, high rigidity, high pretightening and high anchorage performance, and optimizing and adjusting the supporting parameters in tectonic area, which can realize the stability control in Lane 2712.
