摘    要:非调质钢中硫化物的形态和分布对产品性能,尤其是磁痕缺陷的产生有重要影响.利用碲改质技术对非调质钢中硫化物的形态进行调控,并将碲改质后的非调钢与国内外产品进行对比,结果表明:在钢中添加碲时,能够有效改善硫化物形态,非调质钢中硫化物长宽比在1~3的硫化物占比达95% 以上;按照GB/T 10561—2005评级,含碲非调质...

Abstract:The morphology and distribution of sulfide in non-quenched and tempered steel have an important influence on product performance,especially the generation of magnetic mark defects.In this paper,the form of sulfide in non-quenched and tempered steel is regulated by tellurium modification technology.The results show that,the form of sulfide can be effectively improved when tellurium is added to the steel,and the proportion of sulfide with aspect ratio being 1-3 in nonquenched and tempered steel is over 95%.According to GB/T10561—2005,the sulfide of telluriumcontaining non-quenched and tempered steel meets the requirements of fine system≤2.5 and coarse system≤2.0,and is rated as C according to the French Standard NF A04-108,which is superior to the domestic two factories and equivalent to the foreign control level.The problem of magnetic mark defects is effectively solved,and the sulfide control level of tellurium-modified non-quenched and tempered steel is significantly better than that of non-quenched and tempered steel while meeting the mechanical properties.At present,the tellurium containing non-quenched and tempered steel has been used in large quantities in the crankshaft of heavy trucks.
