| 摘 要： | 输送带撕裂、损伤和跑偏等故障是矿用带式输送机容易出现的三类严重故障,基于机器视觉的输送带防护具有更高的可靠性和准确性,已经成为输送带防护的重要发展方向.本文分析了机器视觉技术在矿用输送带的撕裂、损伤和跑偏故障检测中的一些典型应用.

| Abstract: | Conveyor belt tearing, damage and deviation are the three types of serious faults of mine belt conveyor. Based on machine vision, conveyor belt protection has higher reliability and accuracy, and has become an important direction of development of conveyor belt protection. This paper analyzes the typical application of machine vision technology in the detection of tear, damage and deviation fault of mine conveyor belt. |
