摘    要:提出了一神在板坯外缘上打工艺孔再进行拉深的新的工艺方法,分析了带孔板坯拉深的力学特征,阐明了这种工艺能提高板坯成形性能的技术关键。以带法兰的矩形盒拉深为研究对象,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立4个有限元模型(FEM),采用SHELL 163单元和Belystchko-Wong-Chiang算法进行有限元模拟并对其结果进行比较。结果表明:这一新工艺的拉深成形的效果十分理想。
