| 摘 要： | 简要论述了建设项目水资源论证的主要内容、论证等级与范围,对论证所需的方法进行了探讨,提出取水合理性分析,水资源论证,取、退水影响分析等工作中应注意的一些问题,并以作者从事的3个水资源论证项目为例,总结了工作经验,对工作中遇到的问题进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction of the main contents,classification and scope of water resources proof for construction project,the author probed into the necessary proof methods,presented the issues in need of special attention in the course of water taking rationality analysis,water resources proof and water taking/recession influence analysis.Taking the water resources proof work for three projects as example,the author summarized working experience and probed into the problems encountered in the process of work. |
