| 摘 要： | 中国石油克拉玛依石化分公司延迟焦化装置分馏系统停工期间采用化学清洗技术．并针对重油加工装置污垢的特点。选用主要成分为柠檬酸的Sure Clean TM 4231复合清洗剂．对分馏系统依次进行蒸汽加药剂清洗、水循环加药剂清洗、清水冲洗及钝化等处理，有效地清除了系统中的重油、轻油垢、无机盐垢、锈垢及焦泥等污垢，死角清洗到位，管线清洗干净，消除了清洗系统内部的可燃气体、H2S、CO及FeS，为检修施工提供了安全的作业环境，加快了检修进度，达到了预期目的，可以保证延迟焦化装置开工以后，分馏系统节能增收，高效运行。该方法值得进一步推广和运用。

| Abstract: | The chemical cleaning technique for heavy oil fouling is adopted in delayed coking unit of Karamay Pet-rochemical Company PetroChina to clean oil and coke fouling from pipe and equipment during downtime.
