含沙水时水轮机活动导叶的设计及实验研究

摘    要:该文通过对含沙水流条件下水轮机导叶的水力损失及磨蚀机理进行分析研究,重新设计制作了活动导叶翼型,并与现行标准导叶在专门设计的模型实验台上进行了对比实验,得出了一些有价值的结果。这些结果为进一步进行含沙水导叶翼型的研究提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:The paper reports that after having studied the mechanism of hydraulic loses and caritational erosion in quide vane passages of hydraulic turbines,working under maddy water conditions,the aerofoil profiles of some adjustable guide vanes were redisigned,machined,and then tested,in a specially designed model test rig,in comparison with current standard profiles,from which valuable conclusions were educed.These results may serve as a useful reference in further research work on guide vane aerofoil profiles to be used in muddy water.Figs 7,table 1 and refs 4.
