Co/Pb多层膜的磁电阻与磁光克尔效应

摘    要:用射频磁控溅射方法制备了一系列Co/Pb多层膜样品,进而研究了它的磁电阻与磁光性质.发现该系统除Co子层的各向异性磁电阻外还存在由反铁磁耦合导致的约为0.3%的巨磁电阻效应,以及磁光极克尔效应的增强现象,并对磁光增强的可能机制进行了研究.

Abstract:A series of rf sputtered Co/Pb multilayer was prepared and the magnetoresistanceand magnetooptical Kerr effect (MOKE) were studied. An additional GMR effect due toantiferromagnetic coupling and the enhancement of MOKE were observed. The mechanismof the enhancement of MOKE was studied.
